I'm on Day 3 of Level 1.
I'm excited cause it's actually doable. I bought it a while back and was intimidated and didn't even do a whole workout. LOL But, I did it the other day, and I could actually do it! I am a little sore even without using the weights.
I wanted to ask if you have any tips or advice.

Yay!!!! All of Jillian's dvds rock....I am a total addict! Take it easy the first couple of times and ease yourself into it.....then KICK *kitten* every single time you do it and you will see great results. I started out barely able to do level 1, now I can actually do all 3 levels together....with the advanced moves! You will get there as long as you really commit yourself to it and work hard. I'm definately planning on doing it 10 days straight of each level. I notice I can do the ab work fine...even the strength...it's the cardio I'm struggling with. I can do butt kicks and stuff, but the jumping jacks and jump roping is a killer for me. My daughter was poking fun at me when I was doing the jump rope. She said I had floppy arms. I was dyin! LOL
I did take some before pics...though not the best cause well, actually my daughter took them and well they're just not the best. LOL
I'm gonna try to remember to take another set of pics right before the 2nd and 3rd levels. I hope I see some serious results. I'll be sooo excited.
I gotta say though I was feeling ****ty last night and drank a big glass of wine (which i NEVER do) and pigged out on gummy bears!LOL Shockingly, my weight was down this morning from last night. I felt like a totally fatty yesterday...all bloated and gutty. I dunno.
Wish me luck! I'm gonna try to do it in the mornings since it's so short! But I didn't get to this morning, so I will this evening. Yay!0 -
ALSO...my daughter said she likes Insanity better. I told her Insanity is really hard. Hmph! I think that's why she liked it better cause I'm sure I'm much more amusing to watch when I "ATTEMPT" it. HAHAHAHAHAHHA0

Good luck! I just finished last night. It took me longer than 30 days because I had a bad cold for a while and continuned my normal routine of Zumba and yoga along with it. But I had great results
14.5 lbs lost
9.2 total inches
It DOES get easier as you go along and build up endurance. I still hate level 2 but I love level 3.
Keep at it. I'm going to start her new one Shed and Shred next week!0 -
Mine has arrived so i'm attempting it tonight for the first time and getting my fiance to do it with me...wish me luck!!!0
