I went shopping and got this awesome scale...it weighs you and tells you ur body fat % and water % how cool is that!!! Plus I found urban cowboy a dvd i been looking for for three years...and sadly i couldnt find biggest loser dvds but im gonna order them online..my day is awesome!!!

    that's cool, I dont understand how it knows what percentage of your weight is body fat though, I'd be a little hesitant to believe that as determining body fat % is usually done with calipers. Just a thought, enlighten me though.

    Yeah, I'm with you. TMI on a scale like that! But, if it motivates you, that is great. :smile:
