I know we are suppose to count calories and track what we eat. I found that I'm not consuming even 1000 calories a day, not intentionally mind you, I just dont eat.
I was walking about 4 miles a day about 5 times a week, before I started working so many hours and before I started an at home type course for a better job. But didnt notice any difference in my weight or appearance, just endurance.

I have bought thru the past few months, a stability ball, a set of hang weights (5lbs), a 5 lb weighted ball, a bender ball, a Zumba package (didnt think that thru very well, not much room in my apartment and floors are carpeted, tough to do), and I've collected several DVDs over the years...
Where do I start? I'm impatient I'd like some signs of my efferts ASAP, lol.

Thanks again
Sarah

You need to eat more. You less to lose (15lb right?) I suggest you have a calorie deficit of 0.5 lb to 1 lb a week.
