Have you tried simply tightening the muscles in your abs throughout your day.... Just holding them firm? Lately I have been a bit busy and too exhausted to really get the good kind of workout I would like to... But everywhere I go (ESPECIALLY when walking) I keep my abs as tight as I can.

I can really feel the burn at the end of the day, and I might be crazy but my stomach feels tighter in general. Just thought I would share, because it's such a simple adjustment I think anyone can make. Has anyone else ever tried doing this?

    I read that and automatically sucked in my gut! I will try to be conscious of it when I walk. Thats a great idea. I try to sneak in fitness whenever I can!

    I do it sometimes, i read it somewhere that it helps So i do it when I remember

    Yup! That's best way to do it... just making fitness something that you are always doing instead of something you only do at the gym :)
