We stop taking registration by 11:59 PM (Central Time) Dec 10th!!!!
December 11th, we announce TEAMS and message your Captain with your first weigh-in!
December 12th, we announce the first Superhero and the workouts for the week that are inspired by the Superhero's powers/abilities!
