I have been doing this since about July, and its been quite a journey! I had some health problems last month that caused me to not be able to work out and I just back to it! I just wanted to post some before and after pics because it always helps me to see others!


This is me before I started my journey last spring at about 185




This was taken today at work (don't mind the money, i just won a contest and that was the prize picture lol!!!) Here I am at 154. I still have about 25lb more that I want to lose. I feel great and can't wait to get there!
