Hey starting Jan. 1st I am going back to my strick 1200 cals and working hard... I was wondering if my goal is to eat 1200 cals per day and work out 200 that totals 1000 cals.. Do I want to eat 200 more to keep my number at 1200 or do I just need to eat 1200 and I can work some of that off??? Does any of that even make English sense?? anyways I know to eat at least 1200 cals but I dont know if it is okay to go under 1200 with a work out or if I need to eat more
thanks
thanks
