So yeah, the title sums it up. I have had horrible heartburn everyday for the last week or so.
This is awful. I'm really paying attention to when it's at it's worst so that I can try to pin point what it is that could be setting it off...so far EVERYTHING I eat or drink gives me heartburn. Oatmeal = heartburn, water = heartburn, peanuts = heartburn.
So I'm thinking it has to be something else right, like Gerd or Reflux. Ugh!! This sucks so bad, now I have to get a doctor's appt to try to figure this out...and I have to find a doctor before the end of the year.
Anyone else ever have this happen? I never ever ever had heartburn like this before. I had heartburn off and on while pregnant. But never from eating a certain food. Even if it was extremely hot/spicy.

When that happened to me, my gallbladder was acting up. I got it removed, and have been fine ever since. I would say give it a few days to see if it settles down, but if not then a trip to the Dr is probably in order just to rule out anything like ulcers or gallbladder.0

I had heartburn randomly for a week straight and when I complained about it to one of my staff members they joked and said "maybe you are pregnant". That worried me so I bought a test on the way home ... it is now 13 months later and I no longer have the heartburn but I do have an adorable 7 month old daughter.0

I have had other friends ask if I'm pregnant...LOL.
I am 97% sure that I'm not. The hubster and I are very careful. We have 3 amazing children and we are pretty sure our family is complete.
Now I'm going to paranoid until shark week gets here.....0 -
I've been dealing with acid reflux for a loooooong time. I'm on medication, but started having heartburn in spite of the meds. Saw my doctor, he mentioned that eating more vegtable could help. Well, sure enough, I started eating more vegtables and my heartburn went away. If I have a few days with low or no veggies, it comes back. You can drink veggies too, V8 or juicing. Cabbage is especially good. Also, for good instant releif,0

I'm pescatarian, (don't eat meat, but I do eat fish, dairy and eggs) so, that means that I eat veggies and fruits with every meal (I forgot to include up there ^^...sorry). So I don't think that is the issue. Hmmmm....0

I discovered this year that raw green peppers will give me mad heartburn. My husband gets the same thing from brussel sprouts. So sometimes it can be triggered by a seemingly "healthy" food.0

I started getting heart burn after drinking Optimum Nutrition whey protein. I switched brands and the heart burn has stopped.0
