I'm new to this so help explain the calorie counter for me in easy terms. What looks good and what look bad? How do I know if I'm eating to much or not enough? Thank you

The computer will tell you how many calories you need based on the info you put in and whether you want to lose 1 pound per week or 2. It also breaks down protein, carbs, etc...
If you go below 1200 calories it will tell you that you are not eating enough.
I have found that I just tell the truth. Part of the reason I got so fat is I tried to lie to myself - no more. Whatever I eat goes on there. Hope this helps. G0
