Loose Skin Prevention?

Hi all! I just wanted to see from users and those of experience (and of course maybe some certified professionals) while I lose weight, what things can I do/eat that will aid to make sure once I lose the weight, I don't have a whole crapload of loose skin still on my body? I know there's some things that can't be controlled with my body but I thought maybe this could be helped. I started at 224 and am aiming for 135/40 ultimately, so I don't know if the amount I want to lose makes a difference but in case it does :)

    I'm not a professional but I believe the best bets are build some muscle and lose fat slowly in order to prevent too much loose skin.
