ok so I have a weakness for sour cream- i am one of those people who can gob it on everything, and not just 1 tbsp, but more like 3 or 4 (gross i know) Anyways, I've found that Fage yogurt (plain) has the same taste and texture that i love in sour cream! I'm not sure how good it is in recipies (especially when cooking, how it will react with heat, etc.), but as a topper, it's awesome! and it's WAY lower-cal than even the light sour cream....

    Best kept secret ever!

    I use it ALL the time in fajitas and burritos. And in soups!

    And guess what? It's PACKED with protein and calcium, so it's WAY better for you than that punk-*kitten* fat free sour cream.
