time to set some new goals!

I'm very excited - after about 6 months logging calories, shifting my body a bit more and logging in regularly to mfp to read people's stories I have pretty much made my weight loss goal.

Ok it was modest - just 10 lbs - but I really wanted to stop a drift in the wrong direction, and it has taken a bit of stern talking to myself!

Reading everyone's stories, and seeing how hard some people are working to change their lives/habits/self esteem has been really motivating and really humbling....

I think I am now going to aim to lost another 5 lbs (i am about 5' 7") in the new year but concentrate a bit more on fitness and body measurement and still take it sustainably and slowly - so may be aim to be at 145 by next summer. Any thoughts?

If you are about to move into maintainance - maybe we should be friends?!
