NSV??? What is this and....

I've only joined yesterday and still not up on lingo.... what does NSV mean?

I've been looking thru all the success stories and holy moly I'm so impressed with all the stories and pictures!!! I'm excited to get started on my journey to a healthy and fit self!!!

It means a non scale victory.... like when an old pair of pants fit or someone recognizes how great you are looking.
