That's 4 bottles of water left for today!!! :drinker: and 4 weeks to reach next goal!! I am upping my water intake, decreasing food, and sticking with exercise for the next 4 weeks! The water is the biggest challenge!! I don't drink a lot, so I'm forcing myself to start drinking more. I have got to get away from the soda (even the little 100cal sodas) So, I'm pushing myself:explode: as hard as I can these next 4 weeks! Going for more vegies and chicken and fish!! Whewww, ya'll stay after me with sticks and kicks:wink:
