I have been working out 4 out of 7 days a week, I am staying within my calorie goal, still no weight loss. It has been a month now. I might have lost some inches, clothes fit better. Why am I not seeing the weight going down?
I am getting frustrated.

Scale weight loss and fat loss aren't the same thing. Sometimes, scale weight can stall, but that doesn't mean you aren't losing fat. Start tracking your body fat percentage and use this formula each time to see how your are progressing.

Your scale weight is broken down into two categories: Pounds of fat and Pounds of lean body mass.

Weight x Body fat percentage = Pounds of fat
Weight - Pounds of fat = Pounds of lean body mass

Your pounds of fat is not the amount of scale weight or fat you need to lose. You might need to only lose 5 pounds of fat. I can show you another formula to use, to see what I'm talking about. I would need a weight and body fat percentage.

Your pounds of lean body mass is the requirement for your body. You want to maintain or raise that number.

I don't know what kind of workouts you are doing or calories you are doing, but you might need to increase both.
