When was the last time you had 25 chips for 50 calories?

1 piece Joseph's Flax, Oat Bran & Whole Wheat Flour Lavash Bread (sold in packs of 4)
Spray Butter
Seasoning

Cut the Lavash bread into 10 strips. Then cut the other way 10 strips (to make 100 rectangle/square pieces).
Spray a cookie sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
Place bread squares on cookie sheet.
Spray about 6 sprays of spray butter onto bread squares.
Season with flavor of choice
Bake for 5 min at 300 degrees.
Take out, flip squares, spray again with butter and season.
Bake 5 more minutes.

Servings: 2
Per serving:
50 calories
2g fat
260 mg Sodium
0 Cholesterol
7 Carbs
3 Fiber
0 sugar
5 protein

Voila!
I'm dipping them in hummus.
You can season with salt, ranch seasoning, anything you want your chips to taste like!

**Joseph's Lavash ROll ups are only 100 calories for a HUGE piece (1 serving is 1/2 a piece, 50 cals, plenty big for a wrap of any kind).
They are amazing. I found them in the deli near the pita bread.

Homemade ones are the best aren't they? Not sure I've seen that brand around here but I shall peek and see what I find. I use another brand that I'm fond of but suddently can't recall the name!:ohwell:

    Thanks for the reminder Abby:bigsmile:
