I can't really explain it

I'm one pound away from reaching 50% of my initial goal of losing 140lbs. I never knew I had it in me to accomplish this life long goal of being healthy. I have shocked myself and to be honest I never expected to make it this far. When I look at myself today I don't see the amount lost I only see what I still have to lose which is well above the amount in my original goal. I should be proud and excited but I'm feeling a little stressed and worried that I won't reach this goal and the dissappointment and shame that comes along with that. I don't feel any lack of motivation or like quitting I'm just getting jitters I guess. Anyone else feel like this?

It's normal. You are experiencing changes. It's not just weight. People are treating you differently. Even good changes can trigger depression until you get used to them. Enjoying new benefits can cause anxiety if you are fearful that you will regain the weight and have the benefits taken away. As you become more confident you can maintain the weight loss, those feelings pass.0
