5'6.5, looking to lose 15-20lbs and get fit!

Hi everyone, I'm Anna and I've been lurking for a while, so I thought it was time to finally introduce myself! I managed to gain around 15lbs this summer - I went from 130lbs to 145lbs in a couple of months - so I started trying to get in shape around a month ago and I'd ideally like to get down to around 125lbs, although 130 would be a good start! I've lost 7lbs so far, mainly through jogging (doing Couch to 5k), aerobics workouts (I've been using the Nike iPhone app) and another iPhone app called LoLo ellipticals.

I'd love to get some friends on here for some mutual support, particularly anyone who's in the same situation or doing similar workouts! Also, any good tips for workout music?

    Welcome.

    My goal was to lose 10lbs and be more active - just about achieved the 10lb and now going for another 5 and fitness.

    It's good taking better care of yourself!!
