Any tips for loosing 6-8lbs?

Hello!
I am 5' 4.5", ~123lbs, and I want a tight tummy!
Here is my problem: I know that I am in good shape. I keep making excuses for myself (like well I look alright anyway, or I will just be really good tomorrow/not eat) and I know that it is wrong.
More than anything I want to kick eating fast foods, sugars, and wheat. I am afraid that I am going to hurt my body if I continue to eat the way that I do now.
I have noticed that many of women are eating a larger calorie diet & looking amazing! My dream weight is 115lbs, although I would be satisfied with 117lbs.
My questions:
1. How many calories should I be eating a day to achieve my weight loss goal of 6-8lbs?
2. Any suggestions for kicking late night eating and loneliness eating?
3. How much cardio should I be doing a week?
4. Weight lifting??? O_o
Any advice you could give me would be wonderful,
