Advice!!

So I am asking everyone for advice on a diet/exercise plan. I have been pretty motivated, eating healthy, and exercising. I am 5'4", 185 pounds, and pretty much all of my weight is in my belly thighs and hips! I would really like to have a flat stomach for the first time in my life( along with alot of other people too, Im sure)!! If anyone can share their advice, experiences, know hows, ect, that would be wonderful!! Thanks
