Hi I am really excited to start my road to a better life. I will be turning 40 in June and can't believe it has take me so long to get a clue. When I filled out my profile I could only guess my current weight because I don't have a scale. I am concerned when I start this I will get discouraged because I am older, I have had 6 c-sections and a gallbladder operation the old fashion kind where I have a 6 inch scar on my side so most of my stomach area has little to no feeling. I am worried I will work hard only to still have a deflated saggy tummy.

I am an Air Force wife and my spouse is currently gone for a year and he is working out where he is at and I would like to do the same. I have a great neighbor that is a great motivator for me wanting to lose. Also another dear friend and both have done it the old fashion way, each with a different method and have success. I am going to try it my neighbors way I know it will be hard but joining this site will help me stay accountable.

I am a Pepsiholic. I NEVER drink water or milk. I do drink Iced tea and some juice. I get my self off the Pepsi and I go through withdrawals like any addict. I have stopped sometimes but I always find my way back to it. I really don't eat a ton. I do eat sometimes not so healthy or I don't eat but one maybe two meals. So I am going to have to teach my self to eat more but less. And I don't really work out or anything.

I look forward to positive feed back positive motivation and positive people.

Have a Happy Holiday!! My New Years wish is to not be where I am today fit and health wise. I hope to look back on this post in a year and be like who was that lady.
