Supporting friends/family with eating disorders

I ran across this post on webiteback.com, a support site run for/by people in recovery from eating disorders. It is a list of do's and don'ts for friends and family members of people with eating disorders. Like other addictions, you can't make someone get better if they aren't willing. And trying to control them only feeds into the desire for control that got them in trouble in the first place. But there are some guidelines for how to be supportive:
