    These sound soooo good. I have leftover quinoi in the fridge and some frozen spinach but I have no idea how to follow a recipe that is in grams:huh: Can someone help me convert this to cups??? Help needed in NY

    The flour works out to be about 1/4 of a cup. I sometimes add bit more if it is a bit runny.
