hi there...

now here's my complains about exercising...

pain in my lower legs especially on my tibia is killing me during tennis and pace walking.

well tibia is known for the strongest weight bearing bone in the body. and it doesn't work fine since i am nearly 90 kgs. i hesitate to move during the game 'cos i am afraid of breaking something in my body. but still, i will keep playing, yet easier..

any suggestions?
