We're at the in-laws from xmas eve to boxingday, but I intend to track via my phoneor my DH iPad.
Should be easy enough 'cause I'm a veggie trying to go vegan & I'll be taking my own food over, so it'll just need to be nuked to heat it up. And they wont allow drink in the house seeing as they are Salvation Army, so much as I'd love a little tipple thats out.
I'm planning a Nut Roast with roasted veggies & a cider sauce for xmas dinner, but this might change. So many recipe books, so little time!

I think its really important to keep logging, even if you are eating over at least you are staying in the habit of managing what you eat a bit. I had my office party on Friday and am already finding it hard to keep back to normal. If I stopped logging even for a couple of days and gave into it entirely I think it could well end up being a permanent or semi pernanent fall off the wagon.
I am really realising what a delicate balance it is and how easy it is to regain what you've lost.

I'm really worried about completely falling off the wagon too, although I know there's absolutely no way I'd be able to stay within my calorie goal over the main 3 days. Maybe I will log what I eat even if I go way over just so I keep in the habit and get more motivated to undo all the damage.
