VERY busy day today. Have to find some time to get in some exercise at some point :(. I know it will be a kinda high calorie day also. Have a fundraiser for youth group selling Krispy Kreme hamburgers. I want at least one bite to try it. Not sure how to log that, then I already planned on a cappucino chill snow cone (to support a friend's business) so I have to figure those calories also and eat around that. Planning to pack a healthy lunch and not eat dinner at the basketball tournaments. The life as a mom of 4 teens:)

Ok...I love Krispy Kreme's and love burgers but the thought of them together? Yuck! I think I'd be ok avoiding those calories. :) Just have a small portion of your snow cone. You will be fine!
