Fat Belly Diet Followers - Do you go over on fat?

I've recently started following the FBD (I'm don't know why it's called diet, it's a lifestyle change) as a means to get more fruits & veg into my diet and educate myself on healthy vs. unhealthy fats (great book, I recommend the book, not their site). My family likes the recipes and I've started following the outline of 4 - 400 calorie meals with 1 monosaturated fat (MUFA) in each meal.
If you follow the diet & recipes do you find yourself over on daily fat? I have mine set at 30% of my calories but I go over by 5-15g.
