    Hey what good is weightloss if you can't use it for something practical? LOL. Good for you! I have had similar NSVs and they really are a huge boost to the confidence. Keep up the good work! LOL

    LOL I've been wanting to wear my HRM SOOO BAD! I think the constant beeping might annoy my bf though! "D I log it as "fun" because I don't need people making smart comments if MFP posted it on my news feed!

    I have noticed differences too in this field, they are some of the best NSV's!!! Great Job Girly!
