Hey all, this video has been all over my Facebook wall from other Kin alumn and I thought it could really help some people find the motivation to get that exercise in to their daily routines! I've noticed a lot of people on here that feel as though they can skip the exercise because they are losing weight with a diet change alone...this video very clearly shows the positive impact exercise has on your body. It gives recommendations that are not overwhelming and really illustrates just how "doable" it is to make drastic improvements in your health.
