low carb breakfast options

Hello,

I try and have a low carb breakfast every morning which usually consist of eggs and bacon.

Anyone have any good low carb and quick breakfast ideas?

    Honestly, I'm a fan of the Atkins shakes. 160 cals and the flavors aren't bad. But because I get hungry when my breakfast is liquid, I throw in an Atkins snack bar as well, which I almost always eat on my drive to work. Total calories: 330. 20g protein, 9g carbs. I like cinnamon almonds as a snack, but you could have them for breakfast as well (100 cals in a pack, 4g carb, 3g protein).

    I dont have much time to prepare breakfast before work, so I have found pre-cooked turkey sausage that I pop in the microwave for a minute and eat this with some mustard without bread. I really like the taste and the calories are not bad at all.
  • Protein pancakes:
    -Half a banana
    -1 egg white
    -1 scoop protein powder
    -Cinnamon if you'd like

    About 160 calories depending on the protein powder you use!
