I started really using and following mfp about 3 weeks ago. Here are my results so far:
Starting weight: 201
Left arm- 14.5 inches
Right arm- 14.5 inches
Chest- 45 inches
Waist- 48 inches
Right Thigh- 25 inches
Left thigh- 24.5 inches
Current weight: 191
Left arm: 13.5 inches.
Right arm: 13.5 inches
Chest: 42 inches
Waist: 43 inches.
Hips: 42 inches
Right thigh: 24 inches.
Left thigh: 22 inches.
