I tried something different lastnight and it was delicious! 320 Calories total:
One Cup Shrimp(I had large, cooked, deveined & peeled)
Vita Spelt Pasta(whole grain pasta)1/5 package for serving(10 oz package)
Any fave stirfry vegies(I used Hytop San Francisco style)
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Oyster Flavored Sauce
1 tsp of Soy Sauce
I cooked the Spelt only 5 min. drained immediately(don't want to overcook
tossed vegies and shrimp to heat them up(had unthawed earlier) I did add a little onion powder and garlic powder.
added Spelt, oyster sauce & soy and tossed just to heat up and then served.
Hope someone will enjoy this as much as I did
