Just startin' this thing...again

Here I am again; I've tried MFP before, and it worked well; however, I wasn't very good at sticking to logging everything. I did find that when I logged everything, and logged on regularly, I had better results than I did before. I've got about 50 pounds to lose or so..I've done it before, so I know that I can do it again; Sooo...let's try this again..add me, we'll support each other.

    Good luck. I know what you mean about the Logging. I find that if I slack at all, I stop caring for the day. It's no good.
