Mix ground flax and peanut butter one to one and add a packet of sweetner. It's delicious on toast, cut up apples, etc. Calories are a bit high but it's really delicious and healthy. It would be great to if anyone has any ideas on how I could lighten up the calories.

    Use PB2 peanut butter. It's in powder form and mix with water. 45 calories for 2 TBS. I buy mine from amazon. I eat it with an apple everyday.
