I just noticed that I have been a member here since Dec 2007. Is that possible??? I can't believe I let that year go by without really doing anything for my health! What was I thinking??? I am so glad I finally woke up!!!!

I love this site. I don't know why I didn't utilize it like I should have, just think of how far ahead I would be right now!! Dang it!!!

Well, at least I am here now and doing it. (now if I could just get past this week TOM!!!)
