WOOHOO

So, yesterday officially was my start day for my healthy lifestyle change of eating right and exercising...I ate really clean all day yesterday and worked out last night, and have felt fantastic all day...Im a little tired right now but now as bad as I normally am before i got back on this track...(mid day slump)...

When I get up in the morning, it normally takes me 2 cups of coffee and sitting front of my computer for about an hour or so to wake up............didnt happen like that today...I had a 1/2 cup of coffee and jumped right up and got bathed, got dressed and have been going ever since..........

Before I got into the bath, I weighed myself..................2 lbs down since two nights ago, 1 pound since yesterday morning and 10 pounds down since i kicked my sorry assed ex out in June!!!!!!!!!!!!

Im so excited!

I was actually able to get into JEANS today and not have a MUFFIN top!!!!!!!!
