    I like it two ways...

just cut up fruit or fruit with a little honey and creme fraiche and I like to put toasted almonds on any kind of fruit salad for a little nutty bite (and protein)

OK this is gonna sound wierd but I like to mix my favs in with some sugar free jello then replace 1 cup of the water used to make the jello with some diet dr pepper it gives it a little zing and takes the sugar free taste out. I like the diet dr pepper since it taste closer to regular dr pepper but you can use your favorite.

You can use whatever kind of canned fruit you like, just use "light" or "no sugar added" versions. I am particularly fond of pineapple, mini oranges and peaches. Hubby likes cherries in his.

I cut apples, oranges, bananas(last), grapes etc. Mix a little mango juice/nectar in there and throw in some pomergrante seeds. Yum!

I'm having a girl's weekend with my best friend... we're gonna bbq vegitarian "meat" and I wanted a cute little fruit salad to add in to the mix that would be healthy.

    Thank you so much! :smooched:
