I'm not looking to give any info I'm looking to get some. Sorry. I had changed my mind about posting this topic, I figured it would be easy enough to find the answers online and then I tried looking and I couldn't find the right answers.
1. Do you weigh meat before or after cooking? Right now I weigh after...
2. What do you do for meat with bones, do you weigh them with the bone and if so, how does that throw the calorie count?
Any other tricks of the trade you might have I would love to hear, because I'm sure I'm not remembering everything I wanted to know.

If I weight meat or vegtables {single portion}, I do so before cooking. As for bones, I consider it part of the total weight.
If I am doing a measurement for a dish that was made {family portion} I go off weight after cooking.
Dry goods like nuts and grains I weight in prior to cooking {Oatmeal, Grits}.
Fruit is whole {bannana skin on, core in the apple}.0
