    :laugh: same here...if it weren't for my kids, i'd be lost! I like anything with a a fast beat.....and NO country, I hate that stuff!

    I find that I am more motivated by Enigma. It helps me concentrate on my breathing while I'm giving the treadmill hell.

    Kraftwerk is my favorite to run to.
    so soothing.

    I also like hip-hop: Fergie, Kanye, etc.

    also prodigy is awesome.

    I like to listen to Nine Inch Nails, Public Enemy, Saul Williams, Reprazent... Something hard and rough. Keeps me motivated.
