Hello! When I was 20 years old I weighed 145. I have a large frame. I have had 4 kids do you think once I lose my remaining 82 lbs I will be able to get back to my original weight from 11 years ago? A woman I know said you never get back to your pre baby size and weight. I had 4 c sections.

If you lose the weight, you will lose the weight and be back to your pre-baby weight. Will you get your pre-baby belly and or body back, I don't know. You might get close or you might not. You didn't give us enough information.....
Some women here look better than they ever have before they had kids, but that depended upon therir own personal situation.

I wouldn't listen to what other people say when they say things like that. It seems like a big fat excuse to me. I say go for it and don't stop til you get there... that said, if you've been cut on your abdomen, well... muscles are severed and that may mean you never have a flat-ish stomach again (I had abdominal surgery when I was 20, although I even had a slight pooch naturally before that). And... from what I've read, when you lose fat, you lose it all over your body. Not in spots. But belly fat seems to be the last to go, and I'm not sure why. I think both men and women store it there first, and so it's the last to go. I think there's a reason for that, but not sure what.

I had a C-section when I had my son. I never got my belly back to how I wanted it and finally gave up, after getting way too skinny for awhile trying. However, the rest of me looked great. I was under the weight I got pregnant at and I was in very good shape because I went to the gym regularly and had an active job, too.

I have a picture of me from the time period after I lost the weight but before I got too skinny that is my motivator. I didn't know it then because I was busy obsessing my way into an eating disorder, but I looked great.
