and I chose what I thought looked healthy. I had a little beef barley soup and a Napa spinach salad minus the feta cheese and minus the salad dressing it came with and fat free balsamic on the side.....when I looked it up it was 600 calories!!! I could have had a burger for that! I am so mad at myself because I always check the nutritional facts before I go ....looks like its yogurt for dinner...thanks for listening....grrrrrrrrrrr

you could have had a burger but you wouldn't have had as much nutrition in that! Calories aside, you had less fat and a vitamin packed lunch so give yourself a pat on the back.
Now you know the calories and you know that you might have only 1/2 of each next time or the soup or just the salad.....small mistake this time :drinker:0 -
Soup in restaurants is always a bad idea. So much friggin fat!!!0
