Gonna do this. Ive been at a point where I have no hard goals no time limit and im not doing too bad but feel I should be harder on myself. My birthday is in March and I want to hit my goal weight Im setting it for 125-130. Im gonna try 130 and see how I feel about it and if I think I can or should go lower I will. I want to work harder. Its only 7 -12 lbs but its the last ones and after 4 babies its harder. It just is. And especially hard to find time with 4. Im in 5 different directions all the time. I need motivation to focus on this. I need someone to hold me accountable and I need ideas and info. So If you can provide any of these things I would appreciate your input.
