Pregnant & Calorie Confused. Help!

I'm 9wks pregnant and very happy! But, I'm not so happy with how hungry I am all the time. My caloric intake has been a bit all over the map. Before I found out I was pregnant (4 weeks ago) I lost 23lbs and was at a caloric intake of around 1200cal a day. Before I found out I was pregnant, I found myself exercising just so I could eat around 1800cal because I was "starving" each day. Now, I am very confused because I feel so hungry but am still 10lbs over the top of a healthy weight range. I really don't want to gain tons and tons of weight through this pregnancy. I am just looking to hear what others did to maybe get through the rough times when they were too exhausted to move or so ravenous that they wanted to eat a house. I need encouragement and am just really struggling.
