    Hi everyone! Thanks again for the support and love.
    People keep asking me so I guess I'll just post my advice/random tips/what I wish I had known when i started here.

    1) Start strength training from day one, it helps with toning and sagging skin
    2) If you are at a HW like me, weight loss slows down after a while! In a real way, and it's super frustrating but just keep going!
    3) Packing lunches will change your life :)
    4) Always keep your NET calories above 1200, otherwise your metabolism will start to slow and you will feel sluggish
    5) Love yourself now, any REAL problems you have when you are fat will not magically go away when you are thin
