Well.. This is what my meals usually look like.
Wake up: Protein Shake
Gym - - -
After Gym: Protein Shake, Six egg whites(boiled)
Lunch: Tuna w/ veggies and cottage cheese
Snack: almonds
Dinner: Chicken breast with veggies
Before bed: Protein Shake.0 -
