turbo jam calorie question

hi ya! i was wondering if anyone knows how many calories you burn or an average that you burn doing the turbo jam fat blaster/cardio party and the 20min burn one. my heart rate monitor is broken and im not sure how to log them on here..

    Hey! I just joined this website and I am an avid Turbo Jammer! I'm 5'4", 134 pounds and I burn approximately 430 calories according to my heart rate monitor doing the cardio party. I rarely do the 20 minute routine, so I haven't taken the time to check calorie burn with it. Thanks!

    thanks so much! my hubby got me a heart rate monitor and i used it today with cardio party and i burned 450 but im also 215lbs... hehe so its right on yay!
