The Big Easy just made me... BIG

I spent the past week in NOLA, eating and drinking it up. I had an amazing time, but now that I'm home I just feel like a huge mess. None of my clothes fit right, I feel like I'm on a food spiral out of control. Does anyone have any tricks to getting back on track?

    Just start right away! Make your next meal a healthy one and work out tonight. Don't think about it or you'll come up with reasons to procrastinate!

    Take that guilt and turn it into motivation: get thee to the gym immediately, down your water, and watch what you eat like a hawk for the next few days!
