So lots of talk this morning re : eggs and fats. People reccomend a minimum fat intake of. 35 body weight , is it still considered dangerous to exceed this and what is the threshold? When answering this question, assume maintenance or negative calories and adequate protein intake.
Thanks!
Thanks!

I see allot of references when googling, not to exceed 20% of your calories from fat. Ive done the whole low fat thing. 20-30 grams a day max. not good, feet and hands get cold and numb at 60 degrees. took a long time to figure that one out and make the correlation. Somebody on my friend list mentioned people who go on Keto diets and obtain 50% of their calories from Fats, and Im not going that high, but say 40%? I try to stay around 80 grams a day but sometimes I break 100. curious about long term effects.0
