How many calories should I be consuming a day to lose weight

Confused.....According to MFP my BMR is 1,539 calories/day, however for the past 3.5 months I have been using a metabolic rate method that I found on Livestrong, and I’ve been losing an average of 2 lbs a week. If I continue to use the method below my daily calories will continue to decrease as I lose weight. I would consider the calories to be at an unhealthy number (right now I only consume 1,102 calories/day) when I reach my goal I will be at 950 calories, but then I will be able to add 500 calories and maintain for a daily amount of 1,450 calories. Does this make sense to anyone? Other posts I have read on here show people that weigh less that me eating much more calories a day? I relieve everyone’s body is different, I just wondered if I am storing fat by consuming too few calories or if I'd lose more weight if I increase my calories?
Women’s Metabolic Rate:
655 + (4.35 x your weight)
+ (4.7 x height in inches)
- (4.7 x age in years) = _____- 500 = calories/day
Thanks for any advice!
