My name is Walter and I live in Avon ,IN., I ma 65 and have two sons, two daughters in law and two grand sons with a third due in April. My wife of 39 years and I joined our local YMCA to try to get into some kind of shape (better than what we are now). I was told about My Fitness Pal to use to track my progress. I think it is doing a good job. My wife just started using MFP this week. I have been using it for just one month.
